Shipping Policy

ORDER PROCESSING TIMES
ORDERS TYPICALLY TAKE 1-3 BUSINESS DAYS TO PROCESS BEFORE THEY ARE SHIPPED, IF THE CAIRIANTS ARE AVAILABLE AND NOT ON PRE-ORDER (HOLIDAYS & WEEKENDS ARE EXCLUDED. PLEASE KEEP THIS IN MIND BEFORE ORDERING. 

 

SHIPPING
ALL DOMESTIC ORDERS ARE SHIPPED VIA USPS AND UPS.

ORDERS TYPICALLY TAKE 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS TO ARRIVE- INCLEMENT WEATHER, DISTANCE FROM SENDER, OR A VARIETY OF OTHER UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES MAY MAKE THIS TIME LONGER. ONCE YOU HAVE YOUR TRACKING PLEASE CONTACT USPS/UPS WITH ANY ISSUES WITH DELIVERY TIMES.

We offer free shipping on items over $300.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Please select the shipping country icon once you get to the checkout section to see which countries we ship to and select accordingly. This will change the currency on the website.  Once you are in checkout, you will see local payment methods and calculations for any appropriate shipping, duties, taxes and other customs fees.

Dependent upon the country/region, duties & taxes will be calculated in your selected currency at checkout. Orders may be subjected to duty/import fees governed by the country's Customs. *We are not responsible for Duty/Import fees. If you have any questions/concerns about global shipping please contact us. Shipping can take up to 2 weeks depending on country and shipping requirements.

DELIVERY

Please note, we do not ship out packages that require Signature Confirmation. If you would like to include Signature Confirmation for your package, please include that in your order notes or contact us once your order is placed. Additional Invoiced* fee may occur.

Return & Exchange Policy

Please note ALL SALES ARE FINAL!! We do not do not accept returned items. NO REFUNDS, NO EXCEPTIONS. Pierced jewelry cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons.

PRE ORDERS  and Products that are on SALE ARE FINAL SALE. THESE ITEMS ARE MADE SPECIFICALLY FOR YOU. 

 

For sanitary reasons, swimsuits are final sale.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

At this time all SALES are Final. No cancellations allowed. NO CHANGES may be made once an order has been placed.

DAMAGES & EXCHANGES

*If you received a damaged item in your order please notify the Customer Service Team at hello@anicebyangel.com within the 3 days of delivery, with photo & video verification to receive a replacement or store credit. Store credit for handbag purchases can only be used on a future handbag purchase! Items purchased from Anice' By Angel are eligible for store credit within the first 5 days of receipt of delivery. 

 

**Please note customers are responsible for all return label costs unless there is an internal damage or error made by ABA*

 

CONDITIONS

Items must be returned unworn, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached.

RETURNS Due to damaged Item Breakdown

All items bought on sale will be final sale and not returnable.  Please include customer information, and item that you will be exchanging due to damaged item, in your email. Once confirmed, ship product(s) to return address within 3 days with tracking number. Once returned item(s) has been delivered your exchange will be shipped out within 2-3 days. Any payment differences will be refunded to customer as a store credit. We will send you an email when your return package is delivered back to our showroom. Please note, returns do take us 7-10 business days to process upon reaching our facility. Once your return is processed and your credit is issued, you will receive a confirmation email.

We are not responsible for lost or missing returns.

ANICEBYANGEL.COM accepts the following payments: 

ALL MAJOR CREDIT CARDS

American Express, Visa and MasterCard. Please note we cannot accept credit card gift cards nor electronic gift cards. The total will be charged upon placing the order.

AFTERPAY

AFTERPAY is a third party payment service that lets you split the cost of your purchase into 4 interest-free payments, paid every 2 weeks. If you checked-out using Afterpay and are having issues with payment, you can contact AFTERPAY customer support. E-Gift Cards cannot be purchased using Afterpay.

Because we use Afterpay as the provider of our checkout, this means that we might transfer your personal data in the form of contact and order details to Afterpay when the checkout is loaded, in order for Afterpay to manage your purchase. Your personal data transferred is processed in line with Afterpay’s own privacy notice.

GIFT CARDS

E-Gift Cards can be purchased online here. There are no physical cards but a customized email with a code will be sent to a recipient via email and text message. Through our E-Gift Card platform, you can choose purchase as little as $25-$1000, or a custom amount. You are also able to choose whether you want to send it immediately or at a scheduled time and date. The gift card codes do not expire. Gift cards cannot be purchased using Afterpay.

PRE-ORDER GUIDELINES

 A preorder gives you the opportunity to buy an item that will become available at a later date. Please be informed that, after placing the pre-order, no quantity, size or color changes are allowed.

WHEN WILL MY PRE-ORDER BE CHARGED?

We will charge the full amount via your selected payment method once the order is placed. It is not possible to modify the payment method after it has been processed.

WHEN WILL MY PRE-ORDER BE SHIPPED?

You can check the estimated shipping date either on the product's page or in your confirmation email. Please note that orders are processed automatically and the actual shipping date might vary.

​

ORDERING PRE-ORDER AND IN-STOCK ITEMS

For domestic customers, if you purchase a pre-order item and an item that is in stock, your order will be split and the in-stock item will be processed and shipped as normal.
