Thank you for shopping with ANiCE’ by Angel! We're excited to introduce The RUMI Reserve, an exclusive reservation experience allowing our customers to secure the coveted RUMI genuine leather handbag before its official restock.

Please review the following terms and conditions before placing your reservation.

1. Reservation Event & Exclusive Pricing

The RUMI Reserve event will take place October 12–16, 2026, with exclusive early access available to select returning customers on October 11, 2026.

During this limited-time event, customers may reserve the RUMI handbag in Noir (Black) or Hazelnut (Brown) at the exclusive price of $225 USD, a savings of $100 off the regular retail price of $325.

Beginning October 17, 2026, the RUMI will return to its regular retail price of $325.

The reservation offer is valid only during the promotional period and while the allocated reservation inventory remains available.

2. Payment Options

Customers may select one of the following payment options:

Option A: Reserve Now, Pay Later

Initial reservation payment: $60 USD
Remaining balance: $165 USD
Final payment deadline: January 12, 2027

The $60 reservation payment is applied directly toward the total purchase price of $225. It is not an additional fee.

Option B: Pay in Full

Customers may pay the full $225 at checkout during the reservation event.

Eligible alternative payment methods may be available at checkout, subject to payment provider approval and availability.

Both payment options receive the same exclusive reservation price.

3. Final Payment & Authorization

For customers selecting the $60 reservation option, the remaining balance of $165 must be paid by January 10, 2027.

Where automatic balance collection is enabled, customers authorize ANiCE’ by Angel and its payment processor to charge the payment method provided at checkout for the outstanding balance on January 10, 2027.

Customers will receive payment reminders before the scheduled balance collection.

If an automatic payment is unsuccessful, the customer will be notified and provided instructions to complete payment.

If the outstanding balance remains unpaid after January 10, 2027, ANiCE’ by Angel may cancel the reservation after providing notice and a reasonable opportunity to resolve the payment.

Any refund following cancellation will be handled in accordance with the cancellation policy below and applicable law.

Orders will not ship until payment has been received in full.

4. Production & Estimated Shipping

All RUMI Reserve handbags are part of a scheduled production run and are not available for immediate shipment.

Estimated shipping window: January 25–February 28, 2027. Could be sooner.

This is an estimated shipment window, not a guaranteed delivery date. Actual delivery time will depend on carrier transit times after dispatch.

Production and shipping may be affected by manufacturing schedules, international freight, customs clearance, and holiday-related disruptions.

If we determine that your order cannot ship within the stated window, we will notify you and provide an updated shipping estimate and the option to accept the delay or cancel for a full refund, as required by applicable law.

Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

5. FINAL SALE, CANCELLATIONS & NONREFUNDABLE DEPOSITS

ALL RUMI RESERVE PURCHASES ARE FINAL SALE, SUBJECT TO APPLICABLE LAW.

The RUMI Reserve is an exclusive, limited-production reservation event. Each reservation contributes to our scheduled manufacturing commitment.

By participating in The RUMI Reserve, customers acknowledge and agree to the following:

Nonrefundable Reservation Deposit

The $60 reservation deposit is nonrefundable for voluntary customer cancellations, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

Once a reservation is confirmed, the deposit is applied toward the customer's selected RUMI handbag and reserved production allocation.

No Voluntary Cancellations

Due to the limited-production nature of this event, customer-initiated cancellation requests will not ordinarily be accepted after a reservation has been placed.

Customers are encouraged to carefully review their color selection, payment obligations, and estimated shipping dates before completing their purchase.

Final Payment Requirements

Customers selecting the $60 deposit option agree to pay the remaining $165 balance by January 12, 2027.

If the outstanding balance is not received by the deadline, ANiCE’ by Angel reserves the right to cancel the unpaid reservation and release the reserved handbag for resale.

In such cases, the $60 reservation deposit will be forfeited, except where prohibited by applicable law.

Full-Payment Reservations

Customers who pay the full $225 promotional price agree to the same final-sale conditions. Voluntary cancellations and refunds are not ordinarily accepted, except as required by applicable law.

Production Delays or Inability to Fulfill

If ANiCE’ by Angel is unable to fulfill an order or cannot ship within the agreed shipping timeframe, customers will be notified and offered the cancellation and refund rights required by applicable law.

Where a refund is legally required, customers will receive a refund of the applicable amount paid, including the reservation deposit.

Customer Acknowledgment

By completing a purchase, customers confirm that they have reviewed and accepted these reservation, payment, cancellation, and refund conditions.

We appreciate your understanding and commitment to supporting independent luxury production.

6. Changes to Reservations

Customers are encouraged to review their selected handbag color and shipping information carefully before completing checkout.

Requests to change a reservation from Noir to Chocolate, or vice versa, are subject to inventory availability and production status.

Changes cannot be guaranteed once production allocations have been finalized.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping charges and applicable taxes, if any, will be disclosed during checkout.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information.

If your address changes before fulfillment, please contact us as soon as possible. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been dispatched.

Customers will receive an email confirmation and tracking details when their handbag ships.

8. Order Updates & Communication

ANiCE’ by Angel is committed to keeping customers informed throughout the reservation and production process.

Customers may receive updates regarding:

Reservation confirmation
Production progress
Final payment reminders
Shipping timelines
Order fulfillment and tracking

Please ensure the email address associated with your order is accurate and regularly monitored.

9. Limited Availability

The RUMI Reserve is offered in limited quantities.

A completed reservation secures an allocation for the selected color, subject to successful payment and fulfillment.

If an unexpected production issue prevents us from fulfilling your reservation, we will contact you with available options, including a full refund.

10. Customer Acknowledgment

By completing a RUMI Reserve purchase, customers acknowledge that:

They are purchasing a handbag that is not currently ready to ship.
The promotional purchase price is $225 USD.
A $60 deposit option requires an additional $165 payment by January 10, 2027.
The estimated shipping window is January 25–February 28, 2027.
The order will not ship until payment is completed.
They have reviewed the applicable payment, cancellation, refund, and shipping terms.
